SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
As our products are 'Made To Order' we ship all product once production is complete.
When you purchase products you'll see a calculated shipping rate based on what you order.
Shipping rates are dictated by our shipping providers and are accurate to what you purchase.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
To get you your products as soon as possible we may split ship your order.
For example:
- 10 printed tees - lead time = up to 4 weeks including shipping
- 100 custom socks - lead time = up to 6 weeks
If you placed an order for the products above we will not wait until the socks are completed if the tees are ready to ship.
If your order split ships with us you'll receive an automated email detailing the products that are in the first shipment.
Please do not worry about the products that do not ship with the first shipment.
All remaining products are in production will be shipped when complete.
RETURNS
As we create custom ‘Made To Order’ garments all sales are final.
A blank is linked on each product page for a fit guide to provide you with the best possible guide for sizing prior to purchase.
‎Defective / Damaged Product(s)
If you receive a damaged product we’re happy to replace with a new one.
Please email merch@ethos.community with images of the damaged product(s) and your order number.
